Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shasha.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, items marked as final sale, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
